This recipe is my way of dressing up a burger without sacrificing what we all love: its juicy beefiness. My perfect burger keeps the patty simple and then gets to the bells and whistles—the sauces, fresh herbs, two cheeses, and extra stuff—on top. The herby taste of this creamy garlic sauce is pure magic! Of course you can also grill the burgers on a stovetop grill pan with fantastic results.
